Last updated: 2026-09-01. This policy explains what Better Content Agency LLC does with information you give us through this website. It is short because this site does very little: it publishes articles and it has one contact form.
Who we are
Better Content Agency LLC is a content marketing agency based in Huntersville, North Carolina. We can be reached at info@bettercontent.agency, by phone on 980-240-6893 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST), or by post at 14316 Reese Blvd W, Suite B-1660, Huntersville, NC 28078.
What we collect
There is one form on this website, on the home page. It asks for four things:
- Your name and your email address, both required, so we can tell who is writing and reply to you.
- A subject line, optional.
- Your message, required.
When you send that form we also record the date and time and the IP address the message came from, which helps us deal with spam.
Like almost every web server, ours keeps standard access logs: the pages requested, the time, the browser's user-agent string and the requesting IP address. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and are not combined with anything you send us.
That is the complete list. This site has no user accounts, no login, no shopping cart, no newsletter and no advertising. We do not ask for your telephone number, your postal address, your date of birth, your financial details or any other personal information, and we have no way to collect them.
What we do with it
We use what you send through the contact form to read your message and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation so that we can pick it up again if you write to us later. Nothing else.
What we do not do
We want to be specific about this, because it is the part people care about most:
- We do not sell your information, to anyone, for any price.
- We do not share or rent it with marketing partners, affiliates, lead buyers, data brokers or telemarketers. We do not have any.
- We do not add you to a mailing list. Sending us a message does not subscribe you to anything, and we do not send marketing email.
- We do not use your message to build a profile of you, and we do not sell advertising against it.
The only people who see what you send are the people at Better Content Agency who need to answer it. We may disclose information if we are legally required to - a court order or a valid request from law enforcement - and we would tell you if that happened, unless we were forbidden from doing so.
Who else is involved
Two third parties are involved in serving this site, and neither of them receives anything you type into the form:
- Our web host, which stores the site's files and the email your message becomes.
- Google Fonts, which serves the Quicksand typeface this
site is set in. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, so
Google can see your IP address and which page requested them. Google states
that it does not use these requests to build advertising profiles. If you would
rather it did not happen at all, blocking
fonts.googleapis.comin your browser leaves the site fully readable in a fallback typeface.
There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only on the home page, where the contact form
lives. It is a session cookie named PHPSESSID. Its only job is to
hold the one-time security token that proves the form was submitted by you from
our own page and not forged by another site. It contains no personal
information, it is not used for tracking or advertising, and your browser
discards it when you close it.
Because that cookie is strictly necessary for a feature you are actively using, it does not require consent, which is why this site does not show a cookie banner. We set no other cookies.
How long we keep things
We keep contact form messages for as long as we may reasonably need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then we delete them. Server access logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong, or
- delete your message and your details from our records.
Email info@bettercontent.agency and say which of those you want. This is a real, monitored mailbox and a person will answer it. We will action your request and confirm once it is done. There is nothing to unsubscribe from, because we do not send marketing email in the first place.
If you are a California resident, the same address is the route for any request under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and the right to have it deleted. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is no sale for you to opt out of.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form validates and filters everything submitted before it is sent to us. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not retain the kind of data that would make this one worth attacking.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will replace the text on this page and update the date at the top. If a change ever materially affected how we treat information you had already sent us, we would contact you about it directly.
